Herbed Garlic Compound Butter

  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp of dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp of dried marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • Instructions

    1. Make: Add softened butter to a bowl. Add in grated garlic and herbs. Mix well until herbs and seasonings are incorporated.
    2. Store: Lay softened butter onto a flat non-stick surface. Shape into a log and place on a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Twist and tighten the ends of the paper to create a tight log. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. You can also store in your freezer for up to 6 months.
