Ingredients

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Pepper to taste
  • Italian Spices to taste
  • Instructions

    1. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
    2. Reduce heat and add heavy cream.
    3. Add salt, pepper and spices.
    4. Simmer over low heat and slow add grated Parmesan cheese.
    5. Stir or whisk until cheese melts into sauce.
    6. Pour on top of pasta noodles or your favorite pasta dish! Also delicious with lasagna, macaroni and cheese, seafood, chicken and roasted vegetables.
